These terms govern your use of Worksheet Boss. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Using Worksheet Boss

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service under the supervision of a responsible adult.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• Don't misuse the service — no attempts to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer it, and no using it to generate harmful, illegal, or infringing content.

Plans and generation limits

Free and paid plans include a set number of worksheet generations per month. Limits reset monthly. We may adjust limits or pricing with reasonable notice.

Payments and subscriptions

• Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time through the customer portal.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

AI-generated content

Worksheets are drafted by an AI model. While we aim for accuracy, generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing worksheets before using them with students. Worksheet Boss makes no warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Your content

You own the worksheets you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and display them back to you within the service.

Availability

We work to keep Worksheet Boss available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be discontinued.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worksheet Boss is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service is provided "as is."

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
