Worksheet Boss ("we", "us") helps teachers create worksheets. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it. By using Worksheet Boss you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Google or email, we store your name, email address, and a unique account ID.
• Worksheets you create. The topics you enter and the worksheets you save are stored in your account so you can access them again.
• Usage data. We record how many worksheets you generate each month to enforce plan limits, plus standard analytics (via Google Analytics) about how the site is used.
• Payment information. If you subscribe, payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

How we use your information

• To provide the service: generating, saving, and displaying your worksheets.
• To enforce fair-use and plan limits.
• To process subscriptions and payments through Stripe.
• To improve the product and fix problems.

AI-generated content

Worksheet topics you enter are sent to a third-party AI provider (Google's Gemini API) to generate worksheet content. We do not send your name, email, or account identifiers along with these requests. Please review generated worksheets before classroom use.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers that make Worksheet Boss work — Google Firebase (authentication and storage), Google's Gemini API (worksheet generation), Stripe (payments), and Google Analytics (usage measurement) — and only as needed to provide the service or comply with the law.

Data retention and deletion

Your account and saved worksheets remain until you delete them or request account deletion. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at the email below.

Security

Data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure and protected by access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Children's privacy

Worksheet Boss is intended for teachers and adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
